Situated in the modern apartment building, that was built in 2016, the apartment is located at the attractive position 550 meters from the center of the town of Krk and 600 meters from the sea. It is situated in a peaceful environment that has a lot of greenery, in spite of the fact that it is actually a part of an urban environment. The proximity of towns center, with all the gastronomical, cultural and entertaining contents, is the guarantee for a good time during summer nights.
The apartment is on a lower first floor of the building. At the side of the building there are two parking spots on the parking that belongs to the building. 
The apartment is fully climatized (heating and cooling). There is also a satellite TV and free WIFI for the guests.

The Apartment „Peace of Mind“ in the town of Krk, is situated on a lower first floor of the modern apartment building built in 2016. The total indoors surface is 71m2. On the outdoors there are loggia 5.32m2 and the terrace 10.26m2.
Both the terrace and the loggia have glass balcony railings of modern making, characteristic for this type of architecture. This apartment has a capacity for 4 people, a great rooms layout and a pleasant interior. Besides the climatization (heating and cooling), there is a floor heating of 50 cm along all the exterior glass walls. The apartment has two bedrooms. 
The first bedroom has a large bed for two (160 x 200 cm) and the access to covered balcony with a sea view. The other bedroom is also with a large bed (160 X 200 cm) and also has the access to covered balcony with a sea view.
The pleasantly arranged space of the living room is situated in the unique room with the kitchen and the dining room. From this room there is an entrance both to the loggia and the terrace. In the living room there is a satellite flat-screen TV, a small sofa for two and a couple of armchairs. The dining table for four is situated between the kitchen area and the space that has the purpose of the living room area. Next to the loggia door there is a small worktable. The kitchen is equipped with four panel induction stove, fridge, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine and electric kettle. 
 
In this apartment there are two bathrooms, both with a shower, air ventilation and floor heating. In one of the bathrooms there is also a washing machine available. 

Since this apartment is located in the on a lower first floor of the building, the terrace and especially the loggia are the places for staying in the outside.
The loggia is an excellent place for the first morning coffee with the early summer sunrays, because on it there is a small table that is just big enough for two. Because the balcony railings are made of glass, so nothing stands in the way of the view, the sense of space or the rays of light coming to this surface, there is a great impression that is made. That impression very special at night, when it seems that there are no railings at all.
By night this area is filled with peace, discreet lighting, and even though it is possible to hear some sounds from the urban center in the vicinity, it is still far enough so the guest of this great object is not in the romp of the urban environment.

First recorded in history nearly 3000 years ago, Krk was inhabited by a tribe known as the Liburni, one of the many tribes that made up the famous Illyrian tribe. Conquered by the Romans in the 1st Century BC, you can still see many sites and reminders of the Roman occupation of this fine city. Walking through the old part of today’s city of Krk, you cannot help but be impressed with the breadth of history on view, from the ancient city walls and its city door, it’s amazing to be able to touch these ancient wonders. The Frankopan Castle which is in Krk city’s Kamplin Square is a stunning piece of architecture and hails from the 13th century. As well as being able to visit and tour the Castle, it is also the home of a variety of cultural events throughout the year, and if you get the chance to attend one you should, the ambience the castle gives such events is amazing atmosphere that is hard to beat. Perhaps the most famous city landmark however is the Krk Cathedral. Built around 400 AD, it is dedicated to the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and has been developed continuously over time without losing its historical charm. Today it dominates the city and is home to the Museum of Sacral Art as well as the iconic bell-tower. Just because Krk is known as an historic city don’t think that this means it is lacking in the facilities offered by other such European resorts. The city’s beaches are well developed and popular and range from the pebble beaches nearer the centre of town to the sandy coves on the edge of town for those prepared to take a short walk for the chance to experience these gorgeous reclusive spots. The more popular beaches offer a range of activities for all ages including a variety of watersports as well as childrens activities, tennis and beach volleyball. As would be expected of any modern European city, a walk into the centre will reveal a host of shop, restaurants and tavernas.
