The  apartment „Royal Sun“ is situated in  a  family house   about 350 meters away from the center of Njivice and only 150 meters from the pebbly beaches, on the island of Krk. Main features of the house location are the quiet surrounding and a sea view. The sunsets in which you can enjoy from the terrace, look even more magnificent. The House with  the  apartment ´´ Royal  Sun  ´´is placed on the fenced lot decorated with greenery and mediterranean plants. The house has one apartment that comes with the parking place on the unroofed fenced lot. The unit is air-conditioned and equipped with the TV-Sat and WLAN (included in the price). Pets are welcome. The unit has a surface area of 65 sqm, capacity for 4 - 5 persons, functional layout and elegantly furnished interior with lots of details which create a homelike atmosphere. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms (one of them equipped with TV-Sat) and the additional bed is in the function of a pull-out sofa located in a living room which is equipped with a TV-Sat and dining table. There is Kitchen is equipped induction stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer and coffee filter machine. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Through the living room you can access the spacious roofed terrace with a sea view. There is a balcony at the apartment's entrance also with sea view. Balcony is equipped with garden furniture.

Njivice

Njivice is situated on the beautiful Croatian isle of Krk which lies in the stunning Kvarner Bay. Krk is the largest island in the Adriatic and Njivice, which nestles on its North West coastline is its newest built town/village. Originally a small fishing village, tourism has become more and more important to the town and visitors have been enjoying the delights of Njivice since its first hotel was built in 1930. Now one of the bigger centres of tourism on the island of Krk, Njivice offers visitors of all ages and tastes a holiday they will remember forever. Njivice is famed for its beautiful beaches and promenade.
