Town Rogoznica is known to a great number of sailors since it’s geographic position is very convenient. Also the marina in Rogoznica is one of the safest in the Adriatic.
Not many guests could resist a holiday in this newly built villa with pool located only 110 meters away from the pebbly beach.
Ideally for 10 persons, with it’s additional beds villa can easily host up 5 more people.

First apartment has a surface area of 55 sqm and it consists of living room (furnished with pull-out sofa that can be turned into two additional beds), kitchen, double bedded room with bathtub and bathroom with walk-in shower. Second apartment has a surface of 60 sqm and it consists of living room (furnished with pull-out sofa that can be turned into two additional beds), kitchen, double bedded room with bathtub and bathroom with walk-in shower.
Studio apartment has three single beds and one additional. Biggest apartment has a surface area of over 100 sqm and represents the heart of this villa.
