In that case, we recommend you a Villa Blanca that will for sure amaze you with its modern design and spacious rooms. The most beautiful characteristic of the villa is its external space which provides a breath-taking view on the bay of Kvarner.
Villa Blanca is located in Opatija, a city located on the north Adriatic and is considered the cradle not only for croatian, but also for  european tourism. The villa is only 200 meters away from the sea and we consider it a perfect choice for all of those who want to experience something new but still want to keep that home-like atmosphere during their vacation. The Villa gives you this cozy and relaxing atmosphere and that is exactly what everyone aims to during a vacation- to forget about our job duties and to relax as much as we can. It has a private parking lot and an outdoor swimming pool which offers an amazing view on Kvarner and the nature park Učka.
The villa is consisted of two double bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and an dining area, a bathroom, a terrace and a balcony. Bedrooms are modernly designed and one of them has the access to a balcony with the surface of 6km2 that provides partial sea view. The kitchen is fully eqipped with all the necessary appliances. Modernly designed living room is a part of the kitchen with dining room. In a living room there is a spacious sofa that can be used like an extra bed for one person. In a villa there is also a spacious covered terrace with the surface of 15m2 and it sounds like a nice spot for a family breakfast or an evening talks with some nice food and drinks. Under the terrace there is a huge outdoor space with a swimming pool. The swimming pool has a surface of 23m2 and fun for you and members of your family is simply guaranteed. The swimming pool is surrounded with sun loungers, umbrellas and the rest of external furniture which makes the outdoor space look much prettier.
In a vicinity of the villa there is a diversity of restaurants who offer many local specialties and delicacies made from fresh caught fish and sea food.
The city of Opatija provides a variety of activities that you could do during your staying in the villa - surfing, sailing, biking and mountaineering are just the few of many others that would make your dream vacation completely filled.
If you decide to go more easy on your vacation and get as much relaxation as you can get find yourself the beach that will satisfy you the most or spend you time having an easy walk down the famous promenade called ''Lungomare''.
We believe you will have an amazing time and that you will create a vacation to remember no matter what you decide to do as long as you decide to book yourself a few nights in this magical mansion.
