Main features of the house location are the vicinity of the beach, quiet surrounding and sea view. House „Lucia“ is placed on the open lot decorated with greenery, mediterranean plants and flowers. House has two apartments. Three parking spots are located in front of the house. The units are air-conditioned and equipped with the TV-Sat and WLAN (included in the price). Okrug Gornji

Okrug Gornji is a traditional small Dalmatian fishing village situated on the western and southern sides of the island of Čiovo near Trogir. Together with the neighbouring, smaller village Okrug Donji, it forms Okrug municipality. In recent years Okrug has almost completely reoriented from agriculture and fisheries to tourism. Okrug Gornji is famous for its pebble and rocky beaches which are amongst the most popular and busiest beaches in the country, such as Milićevo-Toć beach, known under the nickname Copacabana. Numerous café bars, taverns, restaurants, pizzerias, entertainment events, jet-ski, paddleboat, scooter, boat rentals etc. are some of the reasons this beach is so popular. Okrug also boasts two campsites (Rožac and Labadusa), lounge bar, promenades, diving schools, and soon it will have a bicycle trail. In the channel between islands Čiovo and Šolta, the Split Channel, there are several picturesque isles surrounded by crystal clear sea. Legend says that Béla IV, the King of Hungary and Croatia, took refuge on one of those isles during the Mongol invasion. Okrug and Čiovo are also famous for their Mediterranean climate, pleasant winters, long warm summers and many sunshine hours per year. You can find accommodation in Okrug Gornji in numerous apartments, villas, private houses etc. Due to its geographical position in central Dalmatia, Okrug provides a possibility of many excursions all over the region and beyond: you can take a trip to the nearby cities of Trogir or Split, nearby islands Drvenik Veli and Mali, Šolta, Brač, Hvar, Vis, the nearby National Parks Krka or Kornati, cities Šibenik, Zadar, Dubrovnik, Međugorje etc. Okrug is the biggest and economically most significant settlement on Čiovo. Other settlements, Mastrinka, Arbanija, Žedno and Slatine also mostly live off tourism.
