We are glad that you’re interested in spending your holiday in Croatia.
Imagine yourself in a most peaceful place of untouched nature, where you are woken up by the sounds of birds singing in the morning. A place where it is even possible to see a roe deer at the edge of a nearby forest. At such a location, of a total 1600m2 surface in Gabonjin on the Island of Krk, this beautiful holiday house with pool is situated. This is the sort of a building that is able to satisfy even the most demanding customers with its comfort.
Even though that on a first glimpse it seams like a small house, it is a climatised four stars boarding house of 100m2 internal surface, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large, pleasantly arranged space of a living room, dining room and kitchen, all in one single space. This part of internal space of the house, dominates the entire interior, and the way it is arranged so that its parts make the whole with the way of the internal design, it gives the real sensation of a warm home – thus becoming a guest’s second home to which he wants to come again.
There is enough space to accomodate eight persons, two in each of the four bedrooms equipped with large beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the guests might need, with enough kitchen workspace for even the most daring culinary endeavors. There is also a grill outside of the building available for guests.
On the outside, in front of the house, there is a large terrace of 100m2 in total that dominates that part of the external area. The pool of 24m2 is perfectly fitted in that area, and in the corner of the terrace there is the outside shower. That entire area gives the possibility for a pleasant way of spending time during hot summer days with refreshment in the pool. There is a special atmosphere in the evening, when it is possible to spend time under a starry sky with light breeze of a summer evening and the blue light reflection from the pool.
From all the other details about the equipment of this holiday house, it is important to mention that it has internet (free Wi-Fi for guests), Sat-TV and a large car park for eight vehicles.
NOTICE: The safety deposit for eventual damage is 500€ and is returned in total, if none is determined at the end of guests’ stay. The stay of pets is charged 15€ per day for each pet.
