In case you are searching for an ideal accommodation for your vacation for you and your family, we're presenting you villa ''Nina'' which is located in Sumartin, a small place on the island of Brač. The villa is located around 100 meters from the downtown center of Sumartin and only 200 meters from the sea. This villa was rearranged in 2011. and is decorated in typical dalmatian stile. It is located on a private property with the surface of 1700 sqm which is decorated with grass and typical mediterranean plants and flowers. It offers a sea view and has a capacity for all together 10 people and is an ideal choice for family vacation. It is located on two floors that are connected through external stairs. It is consisted out of 4 double bedrooms, living room, kitchen with dining room, 3 bathrooms, toilet, terrace and swimming pool. Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds and the one is equipped with two separated single beds. One of the rooms has an access to the balcony equipped with external sitting furniture that offers a sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances, dishes and cutlery. The living room is a part of the kitchen and dining room and is equipped with sofa and TV-Sat. Spacious external area with the swimming pool (25 sqm) is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and will for sure bring you and your family so much fun! The terrace is equipped with fireplace and sitting furniture is a perfect spot for a family brekfast or dinner. In the backyard of the villa there is a playground equipped with different toys where your children can play and enjoy themselves.
The villa is also equipped with several air conditioning devices and has an Internet access (included in price).
A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
During April and May the daily price also includes rent a car.
The 5% discount is not valid for the reservations from 01.04. to 31.05. 2018.

The price in the period 01.01. - 08.06 i 08.09. - 31.12. includes transfer Supetar - villa - Supetar and a welcome drink.
Maintaining the garden and the swimming pool is included in price.
Finishing cleaning is also included in price, and the cost for an additional cleaning is 80 €.
