Surrounding yourself with the past doesn't mean that you have to give up modern conveniences. The cellar of this villa hides a little more luxury: there you can find sauna, gym, massage room, billiard room with dartboard and wine cellar. Outside the villa itself, what once was a tool shed became summer house containing another apartment and the pool. The pool has a heating system, so it can be used in the winter, too.
