Ground floor holds completely furnished kitchen (stove with 4 glass-ceramic heating plates, oven, refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, toaster, hood, coffee maker, microwave oven, mixer, kettle), dining room that can seat 8 persons, living room (flat screen Sat-TV, home cinema, Hi – Fi) furnished with three-seater sofa (becomes auxiliary bed for 2 persons), two-seater sofa and an armchair. Ground floor also holds one double-bedded bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and one separate bathroom.
On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has double bed an the other has 2 single beds that can be brought together or apart. First floor also has a balcony with beautiful view of Biokovo mountain.
Equipment in this villa includes washing machine, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, table tennis (ping-pong) and 4 mountain bikes.
The damage deposit of 300 € is required on arrival. The deposit will be returned on departure, after the owner inspects the property and affirms there are no damages.
During April and May the daily price also includes rent a car.
The 5% discount is not valid for the reservations from 01.04. to 31.05. 2018.
