Ground floor consists of completely furnished kitchen with dining room, living room (Sat-TV, DVD), 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (1 double bedded bedroom, 1 child room with single bed, 1 single bedded room), all with exit to common balcony. The Two single bedded rooms also have a writing table each.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with bathroom and direct exit to workout room, while the bathroom exits to playroom for children and living room furnished with sofa and Hi-Fi. All those rooms have exits to common balcony. Separate room also has a pool table and is furnished with sofa and 2 armchairs, an ideal spot for relaxing and tasting local wines.
