Description
The Apartment „Peace of Mind“ in the town of Krk, is situated on a lower first floor of the modern apartment building built in 2016. The total indoors surface is 71m2. On the outdoors there are loggia 5.32m2 and the terrace 10.26m2.
Both the terrace and the loggia have glass balcony railings of modern making, characteristic for this type of architecture. This apartment has a capacity for 4 people, a great rooms layout and a pleasant interior. Besides the climatization (heating and cooling), there is a floor heating of 50 cm along all the exterior glass walls. The apartment has two bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a large bed for two (160 x 200 cm) and the access to covered balcony with a sea view. The other bedroom is also with a large bed (160 X 200 cm) and also has the access to covered balcony with a sea view.
The pleasantly arranged space of the living room is situated in the unique room with the kitchen and the dining room. From this room there is an entrance both to the loggia and the terrace. In the living room there is a satellite flat-screen TV, a small sofa for two and a couple of armchairs. The dining table for four is situated between the kitchen area and the space that has the purpose of the living room area. Next to the loggia door there is a small worktable. The kitchen is equipped with four panel induction stove, fridge, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine and electric kettle.
In this apartment there are two bathrooms, both with a shower, air ventilation and floor heating. In one of the bathrooms there is also a washing machine available.
Since this apartment is located in the on a lower first floor of the building, the terrace and especially the loggia are the places for staying in the outside.
The loggia is an excellent place for the first morning coffee with the early summer sunrays, because on it there is a small table that is just big enough for two. Because the balcony railings are made of glass, so nothing stands in the way of the view, the sense of space or the rays of light coming to this surface, there is a great impression that is made. That impression very special at night, when it seems that there are no railings at all.
By night this area is filled with peace, discreet lighting, and even though it is possible to hear some sounds from the urban center in the vicinity, it is still far enough so the guest of this great object is not in the romp of the urban environment.
