Villa ''Magical Sunset'' is situated in Grižan, a small tourist town near the city of Crikvenica, a famous tourist destination of Croatia. The villa is 6 km away from the sea and is located in a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by woods which creates an romantic and cozy ambient. It is decorated in a traditional style with many different wood and stone details.
The villa has a surface of 220 sqm and a capacity for all together 6 people. It is consisted out of three bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms, terrace and external area with the swimming pool. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double and single bed, and the third one only with the double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking appliances, dishes and cutlery. There is also a small dining area in the kitchen, but there is also a separated spacious dining room. The living room is equipped with a sitting furniture and a fireplace just in case of low temperatures. There are two bathrooms equipped with a shower, and a separated toilette.
The external area around the pool is equipped with deckchairs and a shower, and it provides the most amazing view on sea and nature. There is also a fireplace and outdoor furniture surrounded by a beautiful garden fulfilled with different Mediterranean plants.
The villa is equipped with TV-Sat, has an Internet access and pets are allowed on request with possibility of some extra payment.
