Villa ''Serenity'' has an excellent location: it is situated in historical part of Dubrovnik, on the higher ground that affords it outstanding view of the sea and island of Lokrum. Behind the villa there is a park and its growth protects the villa from the noise. It takes just 20 minute walk to get to the center of the town and the beach is just 50 meters away. Villa Serenity is surrounded by pine and cypress trees that give you privacy as well as with Mediterranean plants whose aromas inspire relaxation. This villa consists of ground floor, first floor and second floor. Interior decoration is characterized by simplicity,white color and wood as material for furniture and ceiling. Villa Serenity can accommodate 8 persons and its ideal for families and groups of friends. Pets are not allowed.
On the ground floor there is completely furnished kitchen with dining room and living room as well as a separate WC with washing machine. Living room is furnished with flat screen Sat-TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi. First floor consists of 2 double bedded bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with queen sized double bed) and bathroom with a tub. Second floor has 2 double bedded bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with queen sized double bed) and a bathroom with shower.
Aside from enjoying the near-by beach, the closeness of the center of Dubrovnik will allow you to spend time sightseeing its many historical buildings, participate in various events and sample local cuisine.
A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
