It is located in Makarska, a well known tourist destination in Croatia. The villa is located in a peaceful part of the city, in the foothill of the Biokovo mountain and offers an amazing view on sea, nature and city of Makarska. It is around 2500 meters away from the local beach and 3 kilometers from the downtown center. This newly built villa with the surface of 271 sqm is situated on a private property decorated with Mediterranean plants, and it has a capacity for all together 10 people. It is consisted out of four bedrooms, kitchen with dining room, living room, four bathrooms and external space with the swimming pool. The bedrooms are equipped with double bed, TV-Sat and some of them have an access to the balcony which is equipped with sitting furniture and offers a magnificent sea view. The modernly arranged kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking appliances, dishes and cutlery. The living room is equipped with sitting furniture, TV-Sat and has an access to the outdoor area with swimming pool which is really spacious, equipped with sun loungers and offers beautiful view on the sea. Sanitary rooms are consisted of all together four bathrooms with a tub and toilette.
There is also a garage where our guests can safely leave their cars.
