Villa with pool Evergreen is located in settlement Baška Voda on Makarska Riviera in Dalmatia, just 300 m from center of the settlement and 60 m from the sea. A private pathway connects the villa with beach near by.
Surrounded with greenery and Mediterranean plants, villa with pool Evergreen provides peace and quiet, necessary for rest and complete relaxation.
Covered garden terrace is furnished with garden furniture and has a barbecue, and just few steps will take you to the pool with deck chairs and playground for children. Garden terrace has a beautiful sea view framed with flowers and greenery. This villa can accommodate 8 persons and is perfect for families with children or groups of friends.
Ground floor of villa with pool Evergreen consist of fully furnished and spacious kitchen with dining room, connected by the 5 stairs with living room that is equipped with flat screen Sat-TV, DVD and Hi-Fi. Living room also has fireplace and French window which allows exit onto garden terrace. On the ground floor there is also one double bedded bedroom and separate toilet.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (2 double bedded bedrooms, one exiting to balcony furnished with garden furniture, 2 single bedded bedrooms) and 2 separate bathroms with tub.
Baška Voda and its surrounding area have facilities for many sports (beach valleyball, mini football...), watersports and activities on land (biking, parasailing, hiking, scuba diving school....) and will entertain you with many local events and concerts. There are plenty of walking paths, alloeing you to explore surrounding area and enjoy nature, while choice of excursions will suit any taste, wether you like nature or are fond of history.
A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Finishing cleaning is also included in price, and the cost for an additional cleaning is 80 €.
