Are you in a search of a perfect holiday accomodation for yourself and your family? We're presenting you villa ''Felice'' located in Dugi Rat, a small tourist destination located in a vicinity of Split, a wordwide known tourist center of Croatia. The villa is 660 meters away from the sea and 500 meters away from the downtown center. The villa was rearranged in 2006. and is located on a 500 sqm big property decorated with grass and different mediterranean plants and flowers. It is located in a peaceful surrounding and offers a view on park. The villa has capacity for all together 5 people and is consisted out of two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen with dining room, bathroom and a terrace. There is also an external swimming pool with the surface of 15 sqm.
One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed and the other one with two separated single beds. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking apliances, dishes and cutlery. As a part of the kitchen, there is also a dining room which has an access to the terrace. The terrace is equipped with external furniture and can be used like a perfect spot for an early morning breakfast or evening relaxation with members of your family. The living room is equipped with leather sitting furniture and a TV-Sat. Sanitary rooms are consisted out of a bathroom with a tub.
The villa is equipped with an air conditioning device, heating and has an internet access (it's use is included in the price). There is also a garaged parking spot where our guests can safely leave their cars. The area around swimming pool is equipped with deckchairs and an external shower and it is a perfect spot for a refreshment during the warm summer months! There is also a fireplace and external sitting furniture where you and your family can enjoy and relax while making a barbecue and having a meal outside of your apartment.
Pets are allowed on request (possibility of some extra payment).
The villa is perfect for families with children but also all of those who want to spend an unforgettable vacation in Dalmatia! It is located very close to the city of Split which is fullfilled with many tourist attractions and activities so you can spend an active vacation!
A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Baby feeding chair and baby cot available on request.
Maintaining the garden and the swimming pool is included in price.
Finishing cleaning is also included in price, and the cost for an additional cleaning is 80 €.
Sojourn tax not included in price.
Shorter staying (3 nights minimum) possible in the period 01.01. – 08.06. and 08.09. – 31.12.2018.
